How do I know the quoted price won't increase once work begins?
Every quote is fixed and provided in writing before any work starts. If additional issues are discovered mid-job, we pause, explain what was found, and present a revised quote. You decide whether to proceed. We never continue without your explicit approval.
What if the repair fails within the guarantee period?
Contact us with the original job reference. We will schedule a return visit within 24 hours — no charge, no dispute, no need to explain yourself. The 12-month guarantee is unconditional for the same fault arising from our workmanship.
How quickly can you attend an emergency callout?
Our target response time for emergencies across Greater London is within two hours. Most daytime callouts are attended within 90 minutes. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including bank holidays.
Are you genuinely Gas Safe registered, or just claiming to be?
Sam holds Gas Safe Registration No. 547821. You can verify this independently at gassaferegister.co.uk before booking — we encourage you to do so. All gas work is carried out to current BS 7671 standards with a signed completion certificate.
Do you charge a call-out fee if no work is carried out?
A diagnostic fee of £65 applies to all visits. If you proceed with the quoted work, this is deducted in full from your invoice. If you choose not to proceed, the fee covers the engineer's time and assessment only — nothing more is owed.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We cover all London boroughs within the M25. Same-day availability across inner London is standard. For outer boroughs including Bromley, Enfield, and Kingston, next-day appointments are typically available.
